Watercolor Painting at Fields Pond Audubon Center

Join me for a watercolor workshop set in the beautiful landscape of Fields Pond Audubon Center.
In this relaxed, nature-inspired workshop, you’ll explore wet-on-wet watercolor techniques while walking through the trails, woods, and wetland edges of Fields Pond. With guided support, participants will pause to observe, reflect, and paint small studies inspired by the textures, light, and color of the natural surroundings.
We’ll focus on loosening up our approach to watercolor, embracing the fluidity of the medium, and learning how to let water and pigment work together to capture the feeling of place. Expect soft transitions, organic forms, and a deepened appreciation of the outdoors through paint.
This workshop is open to all levels—whether you’re new to watercolor or looking to refresh your practice. All materials will be provided, however, feel free to bring your own watercolor paper or favorite paints. Everyone is welcome!
